Oracle Health Foundation – Pediatric Grants
The Oracle Health Foundation Pediatric Grants help U.S. families access medically necessary care for children birth to 18 when insurance won’t fully cover the cost. Grants may support therapies, medical services, assistive devices, adaptive equipment, and essential supplies. They do not reimburse past expenses or fund non‑medical items. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and require documentation of medical need and financial hardship.

My Gym Foundation Grant
The My Gym Foundation awards grants up to $500 nationwide for children under 18 with physical, cognitive, or developmental disabilities, chronic illness, or financial hardship. UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation (UHCCF) Grants

UHCCF provides medical grants to help families pay for therapies, equipment, surgeries, prescriptions, and other medically necessary services that are not fully covered by insurance.

Indiana Diaper Bank (Special Needs Diapers & Pull‑Ups)

Sam The I Can Man Foundation
Covers: adaptive equipment, therapies, and inclusive experiences/activities not covered by insurance (does not cover medical bills, utilities, or car payments).
Good to know: opens twice a year — March 1–31 and September 1–31. Awards typically $1,000–$2,500. One grant per family per year.
Hope for Minds
Covers: therapies, adaptive equipment, home modifications, or other financial strain related to pediatric brain injury.
Good to know: child must have an acquired brain injury, be 18 or under, and a US citizen/resident. Interest form only needs to be filled out once — 3 families are drawn on the 15th of each month.

DMI Children’s Foundation
Covers: funding for DMI (Dynamic Movement Intervention) therapy intensives.
Good to know: family scholarship, rolling/ongoing — no state restriction.
