(EAP)

EAP helps families lower heating and cooling costs, and households with disabled or medically fragile children often qualify for priority processing. Eligibility is based on household size and income.

UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation Grants

UHCCF provides medical grants to help families pay for therapies, equipment, surgeries, prescriptions, and other medically necessary services that are not fully covered by insurance.

To qualify, the child must have commercial insurance as their primary insurance. Medicaid cannot be the primary plan.

Oracle Health Foundation Pediatric Grants

The Oracle Health Foundation Pediatric Grants help U.S. families access medically necessary care for children birth to 18 when insurance won’t fully cover the cost. Grants may support therapies, medical services, assistive devices, adaptive equipment, and essential supplies.

Covering adaptive equipment, therapies, and inclusive experiences/activities not covered by insurance (does not cover medical bills, utilities, or car payments).

Opens twice a year: March 1–31 and September 1–31. Awards typically $1,000–$2,500. One grant per family per year.

My Gym Foundation Grant

The My Gym Foundation awards grants up to $500 nationwide for children under 18 with physical, cognitive, or developmental disabilities, chronic illness, or financial hardship. Funds cover assistive equipment, sensory items, medical gear, therapy sessions, or My Gym classes.
