UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation

(UHCCF) Grants

UHCCF provides medical grants to help families pay for therapies, equipment, surgeries, prescriptions, and other medically necessary services that are not fully covered by insurance.

(Special Needs Diapers & Pull‑Ups)
